What does a 70 minute video include?

Illuminating and dissolving energy blockages, this session provides insight into each of your seven auric layers—releasing old patterns, restoring balance, and inviting harmony back into your field.
You will also be guided through a past-life exploration connected to a lesson or theme that is influencing your current life.
At the end of the reading, you’ll have a brief opportunity for additional healing and/or to ask any questions that arise.

This short session will be guided by your Spirit’s wisdom plus what’s most needed in the moment. You may have one specific issue you'd like to focus on or let Spirit choose. We'll begin with a rose reading to get your energy moving then focus on releasing limiting beliefs, stuck memories or blocks that are present.

Energy Clearing FAQs

  • In our sessions, we'll connect directly with your own Spirit, Guides, Angels, and Ancestors. Using time-honored energy techniques taught to me by renowned psychic and healer Nancy Rebecca of Intuitive Mind, we gently yet powerfully shift stagnant energy.

    Together, we’ll release outdated patterns—whether rooted in your personal experiences, cultural conditioning, ancestral lines, past lives, or energies absorbed from others. These patterns can make you feel stuck, blocked, or like you're repeating the same cycles. Think of it as a reboot for your energetic system.

    I begin by connecting spirit to spirit. I receive info about your energy flow by using an ancient rose reading technique. This gives us a clear picture of your energy field, chakras, and grounding—guiding the session's focus. If desired, I can explore past lives to uncover spiritual lessons or latent gifts. We may then move through the seven layers of your aura, using color, symbols, and intuitive insight to heal, clear, and validate each chakra.

    Your Spirit may also reveal energetic cords, stuck memories, or energies that no longer serve you—anything ready to be cleared. In addition, you’ll have space at the end to ask for two healings or specific questions.

    Ultimately you’ll leave with a better connection with your guidance along with next steps to strenthening this in the time between sessions.
